Frequently asked questions
Do I pay anything today?
No. During the beta, Compagnie is free, and the family plan is in a private beta by invitation. These prices will apply once payment opens; you'll be told beforehand, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Do prices include taxes?
No: prices are in Canadian dollars, before taxes. GST and QST (or HST depending on your province) are added on the invoice.
What if it's not right for me?
You have 7 days to change your mind: cancel within 7 days of subscribing and you get a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime at no cost; the subscription ends at the end of the paid period.
Can the whole family chip in?
Yes. On top of a subscription paid by one person, each member of the family circle will be able to add money to a shared family fund, which pays the subscription first.
What happens if my parent runs out of minutes?
The call ends when the day's time is used up, and the minutes start again the next day. If your parent likes to talk longer, you can add minutes or move to Famille Plus.
Will beta families pay the same price?
No: as a thank-you, families taking part in the private beta will pay 30% less, for good.
